MTA’s Keith Williams on MCS Lockout

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – During Thursday’s Memphis City Council Education Committee meeting, Keith Williams, President of the Memphis Teacher’s Association, called the whole situation “an embarrassment.” Williams joined FOX13 to discuss the funding battle that has led to an MCS lockout.
