Merger Proponents Expand Campaign

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Just days away from seeing how Memphis voters weigh in on the merging of Memphis and Shelby County Schools, those on both sides of the issue are digging in their heels.
With time ticking, Citizens for Better Education opened a second campaign location, trying to rally voter support. Meanwhile those against the merger say the public continues to be misled on the issue.
