Hartford’s public schools and the University of Hartford are collaborating on research and education.
The city’s schools and the private university say they’ll sign an agreement on Wednesday allowing public school students and teachers to enroll in university courses. University education students will have priority placement as student teachers in Hartford’s schools.
The university’s Institute for Translational Research will bring together faculty from Hartford’s schools and university to determine research that is needed.
